| 摘 要： | 科研管理者的素质是科研管理的重要条件之一,其素质的高低对高校科研工作的发展和科研成果的取得具有重要的影响。本文针对高校青年科研管理者的素质培养问题,从思想素质、知识结构、职业道德、管理能力和创新理念五个角度进行分析和探讨,以期促进青年科研管理者的不断成长与发展,以适应新时期科研管理工作的需要。
