| 摘 要： | 英国高等教育有着悠久的历史,大学更是以其"大学自治及学术自由"的传统成为世界高等教育的典范,同时英国又是最早发起高等教育质量保证运动的主要国家之一,其内部和外部相结合的、相对完整的高等教育质量保障机制很有特色。本文详细介绍了英国高等教育质量保障体系的构成及特点,试图为我国高等教育质量保障体系的完善提供借鉴。
