| 摘 要： | 高校在建设创新型国家中担负着培养高素质专门人才和创新人才的根本任务.面对这种新形势与新挑战,高校教学与科研相结合要有新视点,科研应全程性地融合于高校教学过程;改革高校教学方法要有新思路,着力培养大学生的实践能力与创新能力;提升高校学科带头人水平,塑造教学名师.特别提出要加强高校教学与农业科研相结合,为建设社会主义新农村服务;还对我国“高等学校教学名师奖“问题提出一些对策建议.

| Abstract: | Now regular higher education institutions(HEIs)undertake the fundamental task of producing qualified professionals and creative people for the building of an innovation nation.Faced with the new situation and challenge,regular HEIs must have a new viewpoint to integrate their scientific research with teaching,and the two of them should merge into one organic whole.When reforming teaching methods,regular HEIs should have some new ideas such as: their emphasis should be laid on cultivating students' practical ability and creativity,and raising the academic level of disciplines leaders so as to mould great teachers.This paper especially points out that regular HEIs must strengthen the integration of teaching and agricultural scientific technological research,making a contribution to the building of new socialist rural areas.This paper also makes some policy recommendations for Great teacher Prize in Regular HEIs. |
