| Abstract: | With the development of medical college,more and more students enrolled,re non-subordinate medical college emerged.From some aspects such as the managemene,teaching system,conception,and method of training ,etc.,We proposed how to strengthen the cultivation of the clinical teacher and promote the demand for construction of the non-subordinate clinical medical college. |
