| 摘 要： | 毕业设计是本科教学培养计划中的关键一环,其质量高低体现了一所学校的办学水平。本文立足我校基础合训人才培养实际,分析了毕业设计中存在的问题,并对毕业选题、指导模式、过程监控等关键环节进行了改革。实践证明,新的毕业设计指导和组织模式取得了良好的效果,大大提高了论文整体质量及基础合训学员的综合能力素质。

| Abstract: | Graduation design plays an important role in undergraduate education plan, and it also serves as a key index to evaluate the overall education level of a university. In this paper, by taking the ability cultivation aiming at the integrated training cadets of NUDT as an example, factors affecting the quality of graduation design are analyzed, and the countermeasures are also carried out through the reforms of thesis planning,directing modes and pocess supervision. Years of practice shows that the new directing and supervising modes are effective in improving the qaulity of the thesis and comorehensive abilities of the cadets. |
