| 摘 要： | 当前,高校教师管理注重科学性、规范性,忽视人本性,缺乏情感性、权变性。高校教师管理应根据高校教师心理特征和劳动特点,实施柔性管理,激发和调动高校教师对教育教学和科研工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,推动高校办学质量的进一步提高。

| Abstract: | The current faculty administration in colleges and universities is focused on more scientific and normalized management than humanistic management,with less emotion and flexibility.According to the psychological and working characteristic of the faculty in colleges and universities,flexible management should be put into effect to arouse the activity,the initiative and the creativity of their teaching and scientific research and promote the quality of managing colleges and universities to a higher stage. |
