| 摘 要： | 高等教育快速发展的经费保障既是教育问题,同时也是一个社会消费问题。考察和研究高等教育消费水平和消费模式,将中日高等教育消费模式在经费渠道及构成、公众参与高等教育投资、学费比重、学生资助制度等方面进行对比研究,借鉴国外高等教育的国家消费、个人消费模式,有益于建立现代大学制度,更新高等教育管理理念,促进高等教育的健康发展,实现国家中长期教育发展规划的战略目标。

| Abstract: | The financial safeguard of higher education which is in rapid development is an educational issue as well as a social consumption issue.The article researched on the level and mode of higher education consumption.It made a comparison of the financial source and structure,public participation in higher education investment,proportion of tuition,and student funding system between China and Japan.The experience of Japan will be helpful to establish the modern university system,update the idea of administration and promote the sound development of higher education,and achieve the aim of national long-term plan for education reform and development in China. |
