| 摘 要： | 民族地区新建本科院校应用型旅游人才培养的市场前景广阔,但面临着诸多问题,应对策略是明确人才培养目标,构建应用型旅游人才培养的课程和实践教学体系,注重培养学生的操作能力和创新能力;加强"双师结构"教师队伍建设,提高教师职业素质;建立以能力主导的多元化考核评价制度和教学质量监控体系开放办学;积极开展校企合作,培养符合企业需求的旅游人才.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the tourism undergraduate education of our country appears discomfiture and bemusement for that the culture talent is difficult to coalescent.Now it is more and more difficult to enroll.The culture model of applied tourism talents is availability approach to achieve break through for our tour specialty higher education.The article brings forward availability maneuver and analyzes the question which lies in culture the applied tourism talents in the newly-built universities of minority areas. |
