| 摘 要： | 课程是实现培养目标的载体,高职课程改革始终是搞好教学改革,提高人才培养质量的核心,高职院校应高度重视课程改革,建立符合高职人才培养目标的课程目标,以及以能力为本位的课程体系.教师是课程改革的主体,要实现课程目标,开发并实施好课程体系,关键是要建设一支高素质的"双师型"师资队伍.
