| Abstract: | The students of higher normal colleges must have better teaching ability and competence,but the current setting of educational courses in the normal colleges is unfavorable to the improvement of these students' teaching ability and competence.We should enlarge the proportion of the courses concerning educational theories,extending the time period for teaching practice and strengthening the use of modern educational technology.Through these we improve the teaching ability and competence of strdents in higher normal colleges. |
