| Abstract: | The college counsellor is a main force of undergraduates' ideological and political education,is also their mentor and guide.The establishment and improvement of the incentive sysytem has the vital practical significance and the long-term historic importance,it can promote the construction of college counsellor,promote the construction of institution and scientification in the field of under-graduates education and management,extend to training the erector builder,and the successor of the socialism cause. |
