| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge and information,nurturing and developing the college students' scientific and technical innovation spirit and practical ability is the mission which is entrusted to educators by the times.Based on analyzing the current situation and obstacle in college students' innovation of science and technology,some primary approaches to solve the problems in scientific and technical innovation activities were proposed. |
