| 摘 要： | 高校学生组织管理过程中存在多头管理、越权管理、低效管理等问题,要通过组织结构的规范化建设来解决。学生组织管理要遵循职权责一致、集中管理与分权管理相结合、目标一致等原则,通过规范高校学生组织管理各层级部门管理职能、明确中层管理部门职责分工、构建各级组织管理目标体系,加强组织结构规范建设,增强管理效果。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in the management process of college student organizations such as multiple management, ultra vires management, and inefficient management, it would be solved by promoting the standardized construction of organizational structure. The management of student organization should be complied with the principles of post-power-responsibility consistent, centralized management and decentralized management combined, objectives consistent. Standardize the management functions at all levels , defined the division of responsibilities of middle management,and build management objective systems would be the way for enhancing management effectiveness. |
