| 摘 要： | 自制度化教育产生以来,教育一直都是国家需要承担的一种公共责任。至近现代,国家是否应当承担教育责任、在多大程度上承担教育责任,以及承担什么样的教育责任,成为富有争议的问题。在现代化进程中,国家肩负了越来越多的教育职能,但对个体的伦理教化责任却不断式微。尽管现代国家的伦理精神在逐渐减弱,但国家对个体的伦理教化依然应当是其基本的教育责任。就教育来说,不丧失对国家共同体的道德想象,并以此来塑造现代国家的伦理精神,是现代教育不可或缺的。就国家而言,对个体的伦理教化之责应建立在追求民主和社会正义的价值之上,这是现代国家承担教育责任的道德合法性所在。

| Abstract: | Ever since the institutional education, education all through is one kind public duty of state. Until the modern times, it has not become a controversial issue whether the state should undertake the responsibility of education, to what extent it should take the responsibility for education, and what kind of educational responsibility it should take. In the process of modernization, the state has shouldered more and more educational functions, but the responsibility of individual ethical education has been declining. Although the ethical mind of the modern state is also gradually weakening, the state's ethical education of the individual should still be its basic educational responsibility. As far as education is concerned, it is indispensable for modern education to maintain the moral imagination of the state community and to shape the ethical spirit of the modern state. As far as the state is concerned, the responsibility for individual ethical education should be based on the pursuit of the values of democracy and social justice, which is the moral legitimacy of the modern state to undertake educational responsibility. |
