| 摘 要： | 美国奥巴马政府成立以来,中美关系呈现出一系列积极发展态势。但美国对外战略受到错综复杂因素的影响和制约,美国对中国的不信任依然存在,双边关系结构性矛盾并未因奥巴马上台而化解。目前中美关系之所以呈现建设性态势,更多地是奥巴马为了振兴美国经济而又有求于中国作出的权宜之计。奥巴马言行不一的对华政策表明,未来中美关系虽不至于出现根本性逆转,也不会一帆风顺。
