| 摘 要： | 新闻报道中消息源匿名面临新闻职业道德规范之间、职业道德与社会道德、道德与法律等多重冲突。以"不伤害"原则和言论自由权、人格权和知情权标准作道德选择,记者慎重使用、编辑严格把关、媒体建章自律、开展行业评议、完善道德和法律规范是规避风险的可行路径。
