| 摘 要： | 行政权力的基本属性决定了必须对其进行制约 ,否则容易导致滥用 ,并产生危害。面对我国目前在行使行政权力方面存在的问题 ,必须达到正确行使行政权力的诸项目标 ,以充分发挥行政权力在管理和推进社会发展过程中应有的作用。
