| 摘 要： | 本文从绩效技术在国有教育系统中的应用现状研究入手，详细分析了教育系统的公益性、复杂性、长期性和稳定性等特征，进而提出绩效技术在教育系统的应用建议，即：加强绩效技术教育应用的适应性研究；重视绩效技术“非教学”手段在教育中的应用；开阔教育技术研究视野，促进教育绩效的改进。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current status of Performance Technology in education, this paper elaborates the particularity of educational system such as its commonweal, complexity, long period and stability and puts forward some applicable suggestions on performance technology in educational system. The suggestions stress the analysis of the adaptability while applying Performance Technology in education and the application of ＂non-instructional＂ measures of Performance Technology to education in order to make further researches on educational technology and promote the educational performance. |
