| 摘 要： | 教学模式改革是“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”的核心内容之一，事关试点工作的成败。“以案讲法”教学模式来源于案例教学法，整个课程借助于多媒体和网络以案例教学推进．“以案讲法”教学模式将面授课教学定位在检查与督促、训练与巩固、促进与提高上，充分体现了“以学生为中心”的开放教育思想，实现了学生自主性学习、研究性学习和协作学习。

| Abstract: | The reform in classroom teaching models is the core of the Pilot Project and it is the key to success for the Pilot . Teaching Laws By Discusing Cases, based on multimedia and the Internet, stems from Case Teaching Model. This teaching model focuses classroom teaching on examination and supervision, training and mastery of the knowledge, encouragement and improvement, which reflect the idea of student - centered open education and create students' self - directed learning, research learning and cooperative learning. |
