| 摘 要： | 推进终身教育是新时期促进＂人的全面发展＂的重要体现,构建和完善终身教育体系是实现天津教育改革和发展的战略举措,应从普及终身教育理念、完善终身教育机制和加快终身教育信息平台建设三方面着手,打造天津终身教育体系,服务全民终身学习。
