| Abstract: | The Open University is one of the important ways to lifelong education and a learning society. Supported by distance education, the Open University has become a strategic choice for many countries. This article based on the comparison of the current situation and development in open universities between China and foreign countries presents some of the problems concerning the construction of the Open University with Chinese features. |
