| Abstract: | In order to implement distance education efficiently using the online environment, provincial and county level RTVUs should make conceptual changes and take initiative to adjust to the changing environment. They should integrate the online learning environment with other teaching media, and plan support services for the students. They should also make full use of the interactive functions of the Internet and address the concerns of students. |
