| 摘 要： | 现代教育技术是教育改革的制高点和突破口。为了加快教师教育信息化建设,教育部要求在师范院校开设信息技术和现代教育技术公共必修课,加强师范院校信息技术相关公共课程教育教学改革和教材建设。《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》成为当前中小学教师教育技术培养、培训与考核的基本依据。本研究以《标准》为依据,在调查民族师范生教育技术能力现状和需求的基础上,提出了以培养民族高师学生教育技术素养和能力的策略建议。
