| 摘 要： | “创新驱动发展”战略在中共十八大被确立为国家发展战略。这充分表明国家对依靠科技创新实现可持续发展的坚定决心及对科技创新的高度重视。长治市、松江区是战略合作关系。双方采取了一系列举措以实现产业转型升级,并取得了一定成效。探讨两地在产业转型与优势互补方面进一步合作的可行性,并对深化两地企业合作提出针对性的政策建议。

| Abstract: | ＂Innovation-driven development＂ strategy has been established as the national development strategy in the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It fully demonstrates that the country attaches great importance to technological innovation and a firm determination to rely on scientific and technological innovation to achieve sustainable development. Changzhi City and Songjiang District have built the strategic partnership. The two sides have taken a series of initiatives to achieve industrial transformation and upgrade, and achieved some success. To explore the feasibility of the two in industrial transformation and complementary advantages in order to achieve further cooperation, and proposes targeted policy recommendations to deepen cooperation between the companies of two sides. |
