| 摘 要： | 当前，生活垃圾问题日趋严重，与城市相比，农村在生活垃圾处理方面的公共服务供给存在体制不健全、规模不足、质量不高等问题；解决这些问题，需要建立以政府为主导，多元化供给的体制，并不断加大在农村垃圾处理方面的公共服务供给投入力度，提高供给质量，因地制宜解决问题。

| Abstract: | At present, the garbage problem is becoming more and more serious. Compared with the city, there are many problems in the aspect of the supply of the public service, such as the system, the scale and the quality. To solve these problems, we need to establish a government-led diversified supply system, and continue to increase and improve the supply of public services. Besides, we should use the different problem-solving ideas under different conditions. |
