| 摘 要： | 公平合理地使用互联网基础设施,追求其社会价值最大化,是实现和谐社会的必然要求.通过对互联网基础设施的社会与私人收益、成本的分析比较,得出了互联网基础设施社会价值最大化的均衡条件.对互联网基础设施的各种市场价格机制的分析比较,得出了有利于提高互联网基础设施的社会价值的定价方法.

| Abstract: | It is necessary for people to use Intemet infrastructure equally and reasonably to pursue the social value of Intemet infrastructure in order to realize harmonious society. Through analyzing and comparing between social and private profit and cost from intemet infrastructure, we draw out the equilibrium condition to maximize the social value of intemet infrastructure. Through analyzing and comparing between several market mechanisms, the reasonable market mechanism that can improve the social value of Intemet infrastructure is elicited. |
