| 摘 要： | 学风是校风的重要组成部分。创建优良学风是当前高校开展学生综合素质教育的内在要求。知识经济时代的来临，赋予学风新的内涵。高校政治辅导员工作是创建优良学风的关键一环，围绕学风建设，政治辅导员必须做好以下几方面的工作：坚持正确的政治方向，教书育人；从新生入学抓起，打好基础；抓好班级建设，促进学风；做好在学生中发展党员的工作，以点带面。还应重视校园文化建设．营造良好精神氛围。

| Abstract: | Fine spirit of learning can promote the permanent and smooth development of ubiversity education and improve the comprehensive quality of students. The paper analysee the significance of the construction of the finr spirit of learning. The reasons of the significance include below:Firstly,the spirit of learning is the important component part of the spirit of school.Secondly,the construction of the fine spirit of learning is the internal requirement of the current educationof the comprehensive quality of students carried out in universities.Thirdly,the spirit of learning is furished with new contents because of the advent of the stage of knowledge economy.An the same time,the paper also points out that improving the work of the political assistands of universities is a key link of the construction of the finr spirit of learning. Around the construction of the spirit of learning .the political assistants must do these things below right:To teach and cultivate students with accurate political direction;To make the better basis of students by sttrengthening the management of freshmen;To promote thd spirit basis of students by sttrengthening the management of freshmen;To promote the spitir of learning by improving the construction of student classes;To let a protion of excellent students push forward all students by improving the work in admitting newparty members of students;To construct the good enviroment with all kinds of methods and mediums |
