| 摘 要： | 高职教育作为教育的一部分,应尊重教育的本体价值,即促进人的和谐发展;高职教育其本质属性既包含职业性,又具有高等性,因此,在人才培养过程中强调职业性的同时,不应忽略高等性;当前高职院校师生中出现的一些不良心理,归根结底在于未能形成健康的精神文化,因此,高职院校应加强精神文化的培育,为广大师生营造“心灵的故乡”。

| Abstract: | As a part of education,higher vocational education should respect the ontonological value of education: promote personal harmonial development;The Higher vocational education's attribute of essence includes attribute of higher education besides occupational attribute.So higher vacational education should put the vocational attibute in the important role,but shouldn't ignore the attibute of higher education in the culture of qualified personnel. Currently,there are some bad psycological phenomena in higher vocational and technology college's teachers and students.The essencial cause of them is that higher vocational and technology colleges don't generally form healthy mental culture.Certainly higher vocational and technology colleges should strengthen the mental cultural nurturing for teachers and students to create a "spiritual homeland." |
