| 摘 要： | 目前,地方高校学报的发行量已跌如低谷,基本上在两位数徘徊。除了普遍性的原因外,还有综合性过强、作者队伍以校内为主使学报的整体水平受限和评价体系的制约等。要改变现状,必须走网络化的道路。这样才可以改按册发行为按篇发行,并在时效上占领优势,从而提高质量和发行量。

| Abstract: | At present,the place university journal quantity issued is the extreme atrophy,basically paces back and forth in two figures.Besides universal reason,but also has the comprehensive nature excessively to be strong,the author troop as instigates the journal take the school in the overall level to limit with the appraisal system restriction and so on.Must change the present situation,must walk the network path.Like this only then may change according to the book release for according to a release,and seizes the superiority in the effectiveness,thus improves the quality and the quantity issued. |
