| 摘 要： | 机床数控化改造的过程复杂 ,改造后的机床在满足机床使用性能的前提下 ,其过程还必须要做到科学、合理和有序 .在此原则给出机床数控化改造的一般步骤并对一台型号为X5 3的铣床用德国西门子 80 2S数控系统、步进驱动系统数控化改造后 ,其机床的使用性能完全满足要求

| Abstract: | The process of installing NC to machine is complex. If wanting to the machine installed NC can be met the use capability, the process of installing NC to machine must be scientific,reasonable and order. At these principles the steps are born, we can follow these steps to install the CNC of siemens 802S to a mill, which type is X53.All of the performances of machine after remoulding can meet use. |
