| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生思想政治教育是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分.在社会转型期,随着就业方式的转变,目前大学生在就业过程中存在着不少困难和问题.高校思想政治教育在大学生就业过程中也存在着一些不足.本文从研究目前大学生就业过程中的现状入手,探索如何在就业过程中加强大学生思想政治教育工作.
