| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育培养平台近年来出现了一些新特征、新趋势,基础教育、高等教育、职业技术教育、成人教育就教育对象、教育内容、教学手段和方式、培养目标和规格而言,其内涵和外延正在悄悄发生了变化,相互之间呈现出重叠、交叉、融合,成人高等教育"订单式"培养模式应运而生.本文从分析成人高等教育"订单式"人才培养模式建立的现实基础着手,指出成人高等教育"订单式"人才培养模式的基本特征、构成要件和实现路径.

| Abstract: | Adult higher education takes on some new characters and new tendencies.Basic education,higher education,vocational,polytechnic education and adult education are changing and interwoven in educating objectives,educating content,teaching measures,training targets and specifications."Order" talent training model is a new character of adult higher education.The paper analyzing the reality for "order" talent training model studies the features and components of the training model and puts forward how to take the "order" talent training model into practice. |
