| 摘 要： | 哲学与科学的关系,是指导与被指导关系,改革和发展战略也是科学。改革和发展的兴衰成败决定于哲理的正误和成熟程度。中国改革和发展实践,形成了改革哲学,哲理的特点是:包容性、普惠性、和谐性、中庸性、多元性、互动性、人本性。应继续研究和充实这些理念,并用以指导改革发展实践。
