| 摘 要： | 随着信息时代的到来，探讨分析高校图书馆数字化参考咨询服务的概念、模式、现状以及主要受制因素（数字化信息资源库建设、数字化技术平台、数字化参考咨询员的素质）具有深远的现实意义。本文在此基础上提出了发展高校图书馆数字化参考咨询服务必须注意的几个问题，如知识产权、服务质量、标准化、主动参与教学科研计划等问题。

| Abstract: | With the approach of the information times,trying to analyse the concept,the made,the current condition and its restricted factors(the building of digitized information resource storage,the digitized technology platform and the quality of digitized consultants) of cligitized consultation service in college school library has a profound and lasting actual significance.On this base,the acticle suggests several problems that attention shouldbe paid to while develiping the digitized consultation service in college school lirary,such as :intellectual propert,service quality,standardization and actively taking partin the teaching and scientific research,etc. |
