| Abstract: | The specialty setting and construction are the key factors to influence the reputation and credit degree of private higher vocational colleges,as well as the key factors to decide the success of such colleges.However,it is impossible for a private vocational college to do well in all specialties and therefore it is necessary to highlight the construction of the most important specialties.Then there occur such problems as how to decide the most important specialties so as to construct them properly.This paper,from the BCG perspective,attempts to solve such problems as improper layout of specialty,repeated specialty setting,etc.,so as to enhance the core competitive force of private vocational colleges. |
