| Abstract: | The fundamental methods of establishing model and simulation for the die of extrusion forming of plastic profile shapes was discussed. This paper indicated that the only way of accelerating the steps of development new prod- ucts of plastic profile shapes is using the techniques of simulation of development process, virtualprototyping and virtual manufacturing for the die of plastic extrusion forming. |
