| 摘 要： | 民办职业教育在民办职业学校属性、责任和办学行为规范，教师身份认同和待遇的落实，招生区域和政策的限制，资金困难等困境都亟待破解。近十年来，国家和地方陆续颁布了许多关于民办职业教育的法规和政策，加大对民办职业教育的投入，提高民办职业教育国民待遇，加快民办职业教育立法等，对破解我国民办职业教育困境起到了积极的推进作用。

| Abstract: | In this period of social transformation in economic development pattern, the news media should change its role, pursue freedom of the press, strengthen the supervision of the government, safeguard the public＇s right to learn the truth as well as eradicate News infringement. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to exert moderate legal control over press freedom to protect the freedom of the press and prevent it from being abuses. For China＇s lack of specific news legislation, China should absorb foreign advanced legislation experience, establish a specific press law according to the current domestic situation and problems in press, thus achieving a moderate control over the freedom of the press. |
