| 摘 要： | 从国际比较的角度看，高职教育具有高等教育大众化的教育目标，缓解劳动力市场就业压力的社会,目标满足经济发展对高级技术人才需求的经济目标的多种功能。经济目标是高职发展的第一推动力。当前高职的发展实践，偏离了经济目标而着力追求社会目标和教育目标，这将使教育的发展偏离正常的发展轨道，出现“功能”与目标的“异化”现象。应通过高职的准确定位，加大政策投入，深化高职教育教学改革等途径来消除或避免这种“异化”现象。

| Abstract: | In the world, the higher vocational education can help the popularization of high education, relief the pressure of jobs and supply high economic workers. However, there is a problem in the development of vocational high education which does not supply the high economic workers well in our country. We should dispel or relief this problem through a proper orientation of vocational high education, plenty of investment, pedagogic reforms and so on. |
