| 摘 要： | 当前，我国农民数量大、素质低，与农业的现代化发展要求不相适应。因此，加强农民信息教育势在必行。对农民进行信息教育必须坚持实用性、针对性、准确性、超前性原则，着重加强政策信息教育、市场信息教育、农业法律法规教育、农业科技知识教育、农资供应信息教育、气象信息教育及相关行业信息教育。同时，要充分发挥政府、高等学校、农业科研机构、农业推广站及图书馆的作用，以确保农民信息教育的顺利进行。
