| 摘 要： | 高校《计算机基础》课程实施网络教学是当今世界信息技术飞速发展的需要，是改革《计算机基础)课程传统教学方式的需要。《计算机基础》课程实施网络教学可以调动学生的学习积极性，解决高校《计算机基础)课程的师资紧缺问题，提高《计算机基础》课程的教学效果。
