| 摘 要： | 职业教育是具有产业特性的、相对特殊的教育部门,虽然它隶属于广义的教育,但其内部和外部联系在很多方面与普通教育有很大的不同,它的运作具有明显产业经济的特性。进行职业教育经营管理特点方面的研究,了解其提供产品的特殊性、效益考核的双重性、企业联系的紧密性、组织文化的独异性等特点,有助于政府和社会加强对职业教育的重视和了解,有利于职业教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The vocational education is has the strong industry characteristic,the relatively special educational department,although it subordinates to the generalized education,but its interior and the external relations in are very various and the general education have the very big difference,its operation has the obvious industrial economy the characteristic.Carries on the vocational education management characteristic aspect to conduct the corresponding research,understood it provides the product the particularity,the benefit inspection ambiguity,enterprise relation compactness,organization culture special and so on the characteristic,is helpful strengthens to the government and the society to the vocational education value and the understanding,is advantageous to the vocational education health development. |
