摘    要:教师个人教育观念和社会倡导教育理论之间有着显著的区别,但也有着密切的联系。其区别主要体现在二者的理论特征、表现形式、存在意义、形成过程与机制、对教育实践的影响作用等方面;其联系则体现为二者之间可以相互转化、相互补充与相互促进。正确认识教师个人教育观念和社会倡导教育理论之间的关系,对于构建“社会倡导教育理论——教育观念——教学实践”之间的良性互动具有重要意义。

Abstract:There is a great distinction,but also close relationship between teacher's personal educational ideas and socially-advocated educational theories.The differences are mainly their theoretical features,form of presentation,meaning of existence,process and mechanism of formation and influence on the educational practice,while their relationship lies in the fact that they can transform each other,supplement each other and promote each other.A correct understanding of their relationship is of great significance to the construction of a good interaction among socially-advocated educational theories,teacher's personal educational ideas,and educational and instructional practice.
