“同伴互助”与大学英语教师的专业发展

摘    要:"同伴互助"可分为正式指导与非正式指导两种活动形式,其中非正式指导活动又包括同伴观察和专业对话两大类。大学英语的学科特性使得在大学英语教师中开展"同伴互助"活动具有可行性,它能够解决大学英语教师的职业倦怠问题,提高大学英语教师的科研能力,促进大学英语教师的专业成长。

Abstract:The "peer interaction" activities can be divided into formal guidance and informal guidance which includes two categories such as peer observation and professional dialogue.The characteristics of college English makes it feasible to carry out the peer-support activities in college English teachers and solve their job-burnout problem to improve their research capacity and promote their professional growth.
