| 摘 要： | 高职教育的目标决定了职业生涯规划对高职学生心理健康的重要性。在目前经费不足、师资短缺的现实面前,采用体验式教学对高职学生进行职业生涯规划教育,可以提高高职学生职业生涯规划的实效性,促进高职学生的心理健康发展。

| Abstract: | The objective of higher vocational education has determined the importance of career planning to the psychological health of students in higher vocational colleges.In the face of such realities as the insufficiency of funds and the shortage of teachers,the application of experience-type teaching to the career-planning education of the students can enhance the effectiveness of their career planning and promote the development of their psychological health of students in higher vocational colleges. |
