摘    要:从教育管理学学科发展的历程可以发现,在教育管理学学科建设中存在两种张力:教育管理研究与其他学科之间的张力以及教育管理研究与教育管理实践之间的张力。尽管教育管理学以教育学和管理学为基础,但它仍是一个多学科的研究领域。要促进教育管理学学科建设,教育管理学学科就需要借鉴而不是简单地套用其他学科的理论和视角,加强对实践问题尤其是教育未来发展方向的预想和设计,并增加案例研究,把自上而下与自下而上的研究方法结合起来。

Abstract:From the developmental course of educational administration as a discipline,it is found that there exist two kinds of tension in the discipline construction of educational administration.One is between educational administration research and theories of other disciplines and the other is between educational administration research and practice.Although educational administration is based on education and administration,it is still a research field involving many disciplines.Therefore,if we want to promote the construction of educational administration as a discipline,the educational administration discipline must borrow,but not mechanically apply the theories and perspectives of other disciplines,strengthen the predicting and designing of some practical problems,especially the future development of education,add some case studies and combine the top-down and bottom-up research methods.
