| 摘 要： | 幼儿教师组织承诺的心理结构,有自己的特点。幼儿教师组织承诺可分为五种类型:情感承诺、经济承诺、理想信念承诺、职业承诺和人际承诺,不同组织承诺类型的幼儿教师行为表现各不相同,影响幼儿教师组织承诺的因素有个人因素和组织因素。

| Abstract: | The thesis probes the psychological structure of kindergarten teachers organizational commitment and proposed the five-component model respectively named sensibility commitment, economy commitment, ideality commitment, professional commitment and interpersonal commitment. Behaviors of kindergarten teachers differ in different organizational commitment. Personal and organizational factors are two factors that have impact on kindergarten teachers organizational commitment. These points provide kindergarten management with theoretical models. |
