| 摘 要： | 临床实习是护理教学过程的重要组成部分,是学校教育的延伸和深化,是巩固护理本科生专业思想和提高其临床实践能力训练的关键性环节。当前,还存在着诸多影响护理本科生临床实习质量的因素。为此,学校必须加强实习基地建设,帮助学生建立临床思维模式,培养一批高素质的临床护理实习带教教师,在强化实习管理的同时保证实习质量。
