| 摘 要： | 马克思主义本质观认为,本质即事物的根本性质,本质与现象统一于事物中,本质是多方面、多层次的。人的本质有界本质、类本质、个性本质三个层次。教育本质也具有三个层次:教育的类本质、种本质和亚种本质。教育本质上是人类社会特有的一种培养人的活动,它是以凝结了人类生命本质力量的文化来滋养、培育和增强人的生命本质力量,提高人的类本质,发展人的个性本质,教人正确对待人的界本质,使人的本质与生命力量充分而全面地发展,使人成为完人。
