| 摘 要： | 目前,高校科技产业融资中存在一些问题,高校的支持力度不够、融资的市场化水平不高、融资的支撑体系不完善和风险投资的运行不规范是最主要的影响因素。因此,应采取建立多元化的高校科技产业融资体系、吸纳国内外的高校科技产业风险投资、进军国内外的资本市场直接筹集资金和培养高效的创业团队和风险投资家等措施,以清除高校科技产业的融资障碍,促使其快速发展,实现高校科技成果的转化及其产业化。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, there exist financing problems of technical industr y in university such key factors as the insufficient support of university, the lo wer level of financing marketization, the imperfect financing- support system a nd poor standardization of risk investment. As a result the financing obstacle o f technical industry in university can be cleared up, the technical industry can be developed more quickly, the technical results of university can be transform ed and industrialized by adopting the multiple financing system of technical ind ustry in university, absorbing the risk investment of technical industry in univ ersity at home and abroad, directly financing in Sino and foreign capital market , cultivating efficient pioneering teamwork and risk investors. |
