摘    要:教育的改革与发展,在一定意义上就是教育功能的变革与扩展,就是为了更好地发挥教育的功能。由于教育功能的选择和实现具有相当的复杂性和难度,因而,在教育改革迅速深化的过程中,研究教育两大功能的相互关系问题,用科学的认识指导教育功能的选择和实现,是非常必要的。教育功能理论的发展是一个历史的过程。用唯物史观进行分析,在这个历史过程中,教育两大功能的关系状态受社会发展水平和教育理论发展水平等多方面因素的制约。为了保证教育的选择既具现实性,也具理想性,因此,在处理教育两大功能的关系时,应遵循辩证统一、平衡协调、社会导向和个性自主等几项原则。

Abstract:Educational reform and development means,in a sense,the change and deve lopment of educational function and its purpose is to fulfill the educational function better.B ecause of the complexity and difficu lty in the choice and fulfillment of education al functions,it is necessary to stud y the relationship between the two ed ucational functions and guide the choice and fu lfillment of educational functions scientifically in the deepening of e ducational reform.The development of the theory of educational function is a historical process,so if we analyze it with his-torical materialism,we will find th e relationship between the two functions of education are restricted by many factors such as social development and the development of educational theory.To ensure that the choice of educational functions is both realistic and idea l,we should adhere to the principles of dialectical unity,balance,harm ony,social orientation,individuality and aut onomy in handling the relationship b etween the two educational function s.
